Responsibilities & Duties:
Analyzes internal transactions to determine risk.
Assists in external and internal theft cases (e.g., reviews security camera footage, partners with manager/associate on proper prevention techniques.)
Coaches Associates on best practices as directed (e.g., proper return/exchange procedures, cash handling, etc.)
Communicates potential risk promptly to LP Manager
Opens/Closes store as needed
Collects information regarding in-store injuries
Conducts daily audits as needed
Qualifications
1-3 years of Apprehension Experience Required
1-3 years of relevant experience, Retail Loss Prevention preferred
Investigators must possess good analytical and organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency with Excel preferred
High school diploma or GED required.
Individuals must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
