MAIN FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Shipment Dispatch, Track, and Reporting 
  • Create and maintain one tracking tool after dispatched shipments from three import freight brokerages to include both air and ocean.
  • Record shipment movement from consolidators and local manifested shipments
  • Manage shipments that are not moving from the broker to the consolidator and from the consolidator to each distribution center.
  • Reach out to consolidators, freight forwarders, and brokerage teams to problem solve and resolve conflict.
  • Ensure every international shipment is accounted for and received at all DC locations.
  • Record ASN completion date and LPN/carton quantity that was received by shipment/file number.
  • Email daily a list of manual keyed ASN by DC that was completed.  Provide a DC shared file for notification of completed shipments.
  • Ensure and record the receiving of all manually keyed shipments by each distribution center.
  • Manage, track, and record direct-to-store Fedex and Ferrari shipments.
  • Create and Maintain reporting daily, monthly, and annually.

Manual ASN Creation 

  • Use reporting from the three import freight brokerages to identify what shipments require ASN creation.
  • Prioritize shipments based on receipt of goods.
  • Locate the shipment paperwork in Laserfiche, separate and index packing slips.
  • Chase the brokers for missing Laserfiche transmissions.
  • Contact FBO, freight forwarder, and/or vendor for missing or incorrect paper.
  • Manually key the cartons into WMS using autogenerated LPN in SE (WMS).
  • Use one ASN per DC/Shipment.  ASN will start with IMP and end with EC, PN, WC, etc. to identify what distribution center was receiving the shipment.
  • Email exported ASN(s) and provide a cross-reference for the DC to print the LPNs and process the merchandise.
  • Maintain SharePoint Spreadsheet for DC receiving teams.
  • Manage shipments that are not moving from the broker to the consolidator and from the consolidator to each distribution center.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Knowledgeable of/Competent with Manhattan WMS and Oracle Retail including SCI and SE reporting
  • Experienced in internal customer service-oriented roles.
  • Ability to instruct cross-functionally and across multiple scopes:  Driver of results.
  • Follow-through on problematic and escalated issues.
  • Prioritize work based on the demands of the business and the delivery times of freight.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Must be able to work remotely.
  • Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc…
