eCommerce Logistics Coordinator
DESCRIPTION
- Producing and distribution of department reports to various groups/stakeholders with the Supply Chain network.
- Functioning as a liaison between the Logistics department and external carriers/vendors through daily claims processing.
- Leveraging department metrics into actionable improvements to current processes.
- End-to-end processing and maintenance of daily claims workflow.
- Research and analysis of customer claims to help determine appropriate actions needed.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the Logistics team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Work cross-functionally between multiple groups and teams both internal to Neiman Marcus and external carriers/vendors.
- Attention to detail and ability to challenge and streamline existing processes.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple workstreams at once.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Actively support team projects and effectively communicate with team members.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Advanced Excel knowledge including but not limited to pivot tables, slicers, complex functions and formulas.
- Advanced Office 365 experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
- Tableau or a similar data visualization platform experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Visio experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
