Key Performance Elements:

  • Self-starters must efficiently analyze information and navigate multiple systems to detect and prevent internet- and store-related fraud
  • Professionally communicate with customers to verify pending order details
  • Reach daily quotas for hourly order review rates
  • Ability to make sound business decisions based on information available
  • Identify trends to reduce unnecessary expense
  • Understand the global impact of daily job requirements financially as well as for our customers
  • Working knowledge of credit card fraud
  • Strong internet skills and investigative nature are required to differentiate good customers from bad
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 1 yr previous experience in fraud prevention
  • Moderate to Advanced computer skills
  • Strong decision making and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs, including working some weekends and/or holidays
  • Current schedules available are:
    • Tuesday through Saturday 7:00 am-3:30pm (negotiable), with one late shift of 9:30a-6p.
    • Sunday through Thursday 7:00 am-3:30pm (negotiable), with one late shift of 9;30a-6p.
  • Internal candidates must have excellent performance/productivity statistics in their role
  • Exceptional attendance record is essential
  • Previous knowledge of Accertify is preferred
