Responsibilities
- Weekly preventive maintenance on all building equipment, daily logging and safety inspections on vertical transportation and boilers.
- Ordering maintenance supplies, and assisting Regional Manager in managing the maintenance expense accounts.
- Maintain the building and be responsible for the energy management system and scheduling lights and a/c through the Tracer Summit software.
- Responsible for maintaining the POS and telephone system in facility and communication with the help desk.
- Respond to after-hours and emergency calls, overtime is required from time to time.
This person will report directly to the Regional Service Manager but will also take direction from the store Operations Manager. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work.
