Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve overall sales targets. Consistently educate, activate and engage store teams. Follow closely all KPI’s as regard to monthly sales plans, sell thru and competitive performance. Analyze sales/business to identify trends and opportunities and develop strategic action plans. Demonstrate effective business leader competencies: team building, collaboration.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Retail management, Wholesale management, or related field.
- Strong ability to partner with both a team of sellers, and clientele. Strong business acumen. Experience in collaborating with multiple teams within and outside of the organization. Well organized. Excellent project management skills. Great verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strategic and focused on the end results. Operates with a high degree of ethics and integrity.
- proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
