JOB DUTIES

  • Perform analysis into the Jewelry replenishment business to understand areas for improvement, and maintain service levels to maximize in-stocks, as well as optimizing inventory levels to anticipate future demand.
  • Deliver leading replenishment analytics for the Neiman Marcus Jewelry team to help deliver measurable, incremental revenue towards company goals.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert, both technically and functionally, on replenishment analytics.  Query, manipulate and transform data from multiple sources to produce a comprehensive view of the state of the business.
  • Lead the effort to improve the overall Jewelry replenishment business including creation of necessary reporting.  Ensure that the analysis includes actionable insights that are appropriately calibrated and communicated to different levels and groups with the organization.
  • Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives and become a trusted advisor for Jewelry Replenishment, including business insights, assortment changes, and new initiatives and opportunities.
  • Partner with other analytical teams, IT, and Brands to leverage various data sources in our Enterprise Data Warehouse/Jewelry Management Systems and deliver solutions that provide insights into customer demand across the Division.
  • Manage multiple Brands, assortments, and sku/locations and ensure the team has clear direction in a constantly evolving environment. Also manage expectations across brands and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Brand updates to facilitate relationships to bring leading industry knowledge and bring best practices in Replenishment to Neiman Marcus.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year Degree
  • 1+ years of experience working in a Retail environment focused on replenishment preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Passion for excellence. High energy, self-motivated, and results oriented
  • Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring innovation and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize initiatives and collaborate across teams with ability to work under tight timelines and with quick turnarounds as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with business leads, and key internal and external partners.
  • High level of business acumen. Retail industry knowledge a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present replenishment data to    business users.
