Job Summary - Warehouse Sends Lead
This position is responsible for assisting Warehouse Manager with supervision of a Sends Department with over 20+ support associates, communicating daily with up to 8 regional full line stores and 3 Last Call stores, and managing the workflow of 1000 packages daily in and out of the facility
Job Description:
Maintain efficient daily workflow within the department to include the completion of daily outbound customer sends with minimal/no carryover
Oversee strong quality control and inspection programs for all completed work
Assist warehouse manager with supervision of 20+ associates
Customer focus - ensure all deadlines are met
Planning - assign associates tasks based on short/long term workflow
Communicate effectively via email and phone to both internal and external customers
Provide cross-training instruction with the ability to flex into other warehouse into other warehouse processing areas as required
Effective evaluation and replenishment of supplies

Ability to provide direction and manage resources
Assist Warehouse Manager with coaching and development , cross training, and coaching skill sets.
Strategic Agility - creative problem solving
Strong computer skills - bi-lingual a plus
Flexible work schedule
Physical requirements to include loading and unloading trailers, lifting, and use of warehouse equipment
