Warehouse Returns Lead- 2nd shift
Job Summary:
Returns
Team Leads are responsible for completing the following tasks:
- Remaining fully aware of
department goals by monitoring all daily reports.
- Ensuring that the work flows
according to a FIFO strategy.
- Distributing work to team members
to ensure department goals are achieved.
- Ensuring team associates follow
proper procedures.
- Training new associates.
- Maintaining excellent
cross-functional and interdepartmental communication.
- Assisting and supporting
supervisor, manager and director on special projects as needed.
- Other tasks as required to meet
team goals.

Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Intermediate to advanced MS
Office Suite capability.
- Previous lead, supervisory or
management experience and/or previous experience achieving results through
others.
- Advanced problem-solving
experience.
- Excellent, timely and
professional interpersonal communication skill.

Lifting
Objects weighing up to 25lbs from the floor to over-head level.
·
Lift
objects weighing up to 45lbs from the floor to waist.
·
Continuous/frequent
walking or standing for long periods of time.
·
Continuous/frequent
pushing or pulling heavy carts – up to 50lbs.
