DESCRIPTION
A Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing merchandise according to department and Neiman Marcus standards.

The Associate must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:

 

  • Stock supplies for department use
  • Replenishment of work and supplies to associate work stations to include all needed materials
  • Clearing conveyor belt of jams or debris
  • Operate pallet jack in accordance with daily duties
  • Additional duties as assigned such as flexing to other areas within facility

  • Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment
  • Adhere to NM Safety standards

 


  • Ability to work across multiple departments

  • Requires a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work well with others, to listen effectively, and share necessary information

  • Composes and communicates materials/information that is clear, concise and appropriate to the audience

  • Must be flexible, detail oriented and able to multi-task

  • Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment

 

 

Essential Physical Requirements

 

  • May require some reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, or kneeling and lifting up to 50lbs in warehouse environment

  • May require the use of a pallet jack

  • High school education or GED is required. Ability to read and write fundamental sentences/information, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Ability to interpret instructions, both written and verbal is essential.
