Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will act as a support associate for Supply Chain.  Primary responsibilities are to support the culture/engagement strategy, manage reporting and analytics, create and oversee the communication strategy for both exempt and non-exempt associates, as well as, support special projects.

 

The Associate must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:

  • Manage engagement program (i.e. activities that supports a positive culture)
  • Create and maintain building communication strategy to include employee meetings, bulletin board communication and events
  • Oversee execution of recognition strategy to include events, activities, community grants and giving
  • Serve as ALL HEART Community Leader
  • Resolve Customer Escalations
  • Maintain vacation calendar for exempt team & manage time and attendance for non-exempt team
  • Publish daily statistical/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Order needed supplies and monitor supply account budgeting
  • Coordinate vendor service calls
  • Complete journal entries and pay vendor invoices as needed
  • Monitor supplies account budgeting
  • Expense reimbursement documentation as required
  • Coordinate all details for any on-site visits or meetings
  • Coordinate special programs as applicable (i.e. Executive Development Program, Leadership Development, Supervisor Development, FIT Meetings)
  • Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment
  • Adhere to NM Safety standards

 

Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

 

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent Communication, both written and verbal
  • Advanced systems proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Organizational agility
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills
  • May require some reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, or kneeling and lifting up to 50lbs in warehouse environment
