Sr Software Engineer, Communications Hub
Experience implementing and configuring Marketing and Communication solutions: email, SMS, chat, automated bots, and custom development using web based, cloud architecture and micro-services.
Experience with integrating internal and external systems using a variety integration patterns including ETL, web services, and real-time messaging. Experience with tools such as Informatica, IBM MQ, kafka, or other integration technologies.
Programming experience in building high quality software. Skills with Java preferred.
Experience with communication platforms such as Twilio preferred.
Ability to design highly available systems with fallback capability.
Experience influencing decision making
Demonstrate strong understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
Experience with preparing systems for peak seasons such as holiday for retail.
Experience developing and leveraging relationships in cross-functional teams
Strong presentation and communication skills
