QUALIFICATIONS
Superior project management with the ability to manage cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong tactical problem-solving, proven cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to express complex scenarios with clarity & simplicity
Basic understanding of retail environment
Basic understanding of marketing channels and operations
Basic understanding of A/B testing and personalization
Prior exposure to agile operating models and cross-functional teams is a plus
Brand or agency experience a plus
Familiarity with CDP and other MarTech tools is a plus
BA/BS degree with 4+ years with experience in project management, account management, marketing, CRM, product management -- retail environment preferred
