Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 10+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex telecom solutions
  • 5+ years’ experience implementing and supporting network services

 

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of voice and video systems, including: Fuze VOIP, Avaya TDM & VOIP, PBX, WFM, gateways, cellular, toll free, conferencing, and call centers
  • Extensive experience supporting and implementing IP and telecom networks and technologies with high availability
  • Familiarity with cloud-based voice solutions and features in comparison to similar on-prem services
  • Familiarity with infrastructure facilities, including: cabling standards, patching, floor plans, and power
  • Working knowledge of voice and data circuits, including: PRIs, BRIs, SIP trunks, POTs, MPLS, DIA, and P2P
  • General understanding of network services, including: SDWAN, WAN, LAN, WiFi, VPN, routing, and switching
  • Ability to develop eROMs, eSOWs, BoMs, and architecture diagrams
  • Capable of developing budgets, tracking costs, providing forecasts, and performing financial analysis on projects
  • General understanding of infrastructure systems and their interdependencies
