Requirements:
Requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary
2-3 years’ successful track record as a Business Analyst or similar experience
Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, UAT, change management and warranty support
Positive track record participating in successful projects with cross-functional teams and a proven ability to balance multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects
Understanding of Software Development Methodologies
Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to business needs
Strong focus on teamwork and ability to develop relationships across multiple departments
Results oriented with great attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
High comfort level with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio)
Additional Skills: (PLUS for the job)
Experience with Agile Development Methodology
Having strong understanding of business concepts and operations
Knowledge of business & marketing procedural controls and data validation techniques are a plus
Strong experience with a variety of IT solutions and solid understanding of retail business
