Requirements:
  • Requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary
  • 2-3  years’ successful track record as a Business Analyst or similar experience
  • Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, UAT, change management and warranty support
  • Positive track record participating in successful projects with cross-functional teams and a proven ability to balance multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects  
  • Understanding of Software Development Methodologies
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to business needs
  • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to develop relationships across multiple departments
  • Results oriented with great attention to detail 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High comfort level with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio)
Additional Skills: (PLUS for the job)
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodology
  • Having strong understanding of business concepts and operations
  • Knowledge of business & marketing procedural controls and data validation techniques are a plus
  • Strong experience with a variety of IT solutions and solid understanding of retail business
