Requirements:
- Requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary
- 2-3 years’ successful track record as a Business Analyst or similar experience
- Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, UAT, change management and warranty support
- Positive track record participating in successful projects with cross-functional teams and a proven ability to balance multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects
- Understanding of Software Development Methodologies
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to business needs
- Strong focus on teamwork and ability to develop relationships across multiple departments
- Results oriented with great attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High comfort level with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio)
Additional Skills: (PLUS for the job)
- Experience with Agile Development Methodology
- Having strong understanding of business concepts and operations
- Knowledge of business & marketing procedural controls and data validation techniques are a plus
