Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Associate must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:
Coordinate activities of a department or business process.
Utilize various data management and software programs.
Identify and resolve issues related to processes and reporting.
Assist with training new associates as needed.
Interact with internal areas as needed for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
Communicate with vendors or buyers to resolve issues.
Communicate with fellow associates on shared assignments.
Verify accuracy of document and record discrepancies.
Attend department meetings and provide training needs/updates.
Flex as needed to other job assignments directed by management team.
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements.
Adhere to NM Safety standards.
Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
High School diploma.
Proficient with PC applications such as Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Lotus Notes.
Proficiency in use of email and internet.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Essential Physical Requirements
May require some pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, or kneeling and lifting up to 50lbs in warehouse environment.
May require use of voice activated headset.
