Returns Manager - 2nd Shift
Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Ability to pass background screening, which includes credit.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite programs.
• 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment, customer returns or distribution.
• Successful leadership track record of achieving results through others.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager.
• College degree is preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Advanced problem-solving experience.
• Excellent, timely and professional interpersonal communication skill.
Essential Functions:
Essential Physical Requirements
• Lifting Objects weighing up to 25lbs from the floor to over-head level.
• Lift objects weighing up to 45lbs from the floor to waist.
• Continuous/frequent walking or standing for long periods of time.
• Continuous/frequent pushing or pulling heavy carts – up to 50lbs.
