Experience Guidelines:
- Project management experience and knowledge of concepts and practices.
- Over 10 years of IT Leadership experience.
- Ability to lead, manage, coordinate, plan and deliver projects on-time, on-budget, on-scope with high quality.
- Ability to create detailed project plan, identification of resource types both IT and Business.
- Experience managing capital and expense budgets that include labor, hardware and software.
- Experienced in use of project management tools and techniques.
- Experience of all aspects of software project life cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development and implementation.
- Excellent ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) and multiple levels of leadership is required.
- Experience working with external consultants and vendors and managing a joint project plan.
- Ability to plan and lead steering committee meetings with executive leadership reporting status and issues.
- Experience managing vendor contract deliverables to ensure they are met and accepted.
- Ability to demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems and technology organizations.
- Experience developing and managing software, hardware and services contracts.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
