Philanthropy Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of work history in philanthropy, employee engagement, marketing, public relations, and/or communications
- Demonstrated success in collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to create positive and equitable change
- Capacity to make decisions and work through ambiguity with minimal oversight and direction
- High ethical standards and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience with employee engagement software like Blackbaud’s Your Cause platform preferred, but not required
