Partner Programs Supervisor
Position Summary
The Partner
Relations/EDI teams play a critical role in the Supply Chain at NMG, supporting
the store and on-line business for Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call. This
position will be responsible for managing internal relationships with the
Distribution Centers,
NMG Buying Organization, Drop Ship teams, Accounts
Payable, and Data Compliance.
Additionally, the Supervisor will manage external relationships with
Brand Partners and service providers for both EDI and Partner Relations. The Partner
Programs Supervisor’s responsibilities will include
but are not limited to the following:
Partner Relations:
Supervise team that manages Brand Partner compliance for all
inbound shipments to our fulfillment centers.
The Partner Relations team is responsible for managing shipment requirements,
documenting non-compliant occurrences, and drop ship compliance.
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange):
Manage
the team that is responsible for EDI at NMG.
The EDI responsibilities include: EDI on-boarding, EDI data accuracy and
EDI project management. This team interacts with the NMG merchants, NMG Brand
Partners, service providers and our NMG IT teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage
the day to day activities of the Partner Relations and NMG EDI teams (6+
Associates)
·
Understand/learn
industry standards for EDI terminology and technical language relating to
software and systems used by our Brand Partners
·
Ensure
accurate and timely EDI file processing both inbound and outbound
·
Build and
foster effective relationships with IT and the Accounts Payable teams to maintain
a successful and error EDI process
- Collaborate with Distribution Centers, Accounts
Payable, NMG merchants, Brand Partners and 3rd Party Providers
·
Identify
problem Brand Partners and coordinate meetings intended to resolve
non-compliant events and recommend improvements to processes
- Organize and prepare monthly compliance
reporting and complete any necessary meetings to discuss compliance
trends.
- Supervise the capturing of compliance violations
for our inbound shipping requirements
- Support the Drop Ship compliance program
via assessment and communication of issues

Create,
maintain and analyze spreadsheets for statistical reporting

Create
and maintain training materials for areas of responsibility
·
Some travel may be required.

EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s
degree from a four-year college or university or four or more year’s related
experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and
experience
