Summary:
Neiman Marcus Group online fashion Menswear stylist will be responsible primarily for styling Menswear on figure and product styling across NM Group channels (Neiman Marcus, Last Call) The stylist will be contributing to continual style improvements and styling/prep efficiencies while upholding brand standards. We are looking for someone who is a seasoned on-figure stylist with men but will also style womenswear, still life product, and swim and lingerie on set for both men and women.


Job Duties:

  • On-set Styling (on figure, mannequin, and product stills)
  • Style out looks to be shot on figure
  • Communicate with sample coordinators for sample organization and timing on merchandise
  • In charge of organizing and set up of styling areas: fashion, hair and make-up
  • Manage prop shoes, prop clothing, accessories and styling supplies
  • Responsible for maintaining style guide to streamline and elevate sell shots
  • Work closely with creative team: Shoot coordinators, Photographers, Art Directors, Producers as well as Marketing team and buying offices
  • On-set Responsibilities:
  • Manage assistant stylist on daily duties
  • Organize samples to be shot before shoot begins as well as after
  • Correspond garment to appropriate model type and select appropriate shoes and accessories
  • Styling merchandise to best represent the NM aesthetic and vendor brand
    Art direct and choose all sell shots on set
  • On figure styling 40% Style out 40% product styling 20%
Job Requirements:
  • Online portfolio that demonstrates expertise with on figure Menswear and product styling
  • 2 – 5 years experience with Men’s on figure photo styling
  • Seasoned familiarity with the intensity of a high-production studio, yet able to uphold the highest quality standards within that pressured environment
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, style and fit
  • Sense of style and taste level to correspond with Neiman Marcus Brands
  • Stamina to be on-set 5 days per week
  • Strong Communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to multitask & extremely organized with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to make quick decisions in a very fast paced ever evolving environment
  • Strong computer proficiency – Mac preference
