·       Bring our merchandise to life to our customers on our Bergdorf Goodman website and app.  

·       Procure imagery for all merchandise within a category ensuring speed to web & Bergdorf POV using multiple strategies including Samples, Overseas Shoots, Vendor Provided Imagery or Shoot on Receipt. 

·       Work with vendor community to procure Item Enrichment copy details, shipping restrictions, item attributes and own data entry.

·       Ensure Tracker accurately updated with data integrity.

·       Communicate expectations, timeframes, and roadblocks timely and as needed to multiple parties.  

·       Problem solve difficulties or miscommunications, as they arise. 



Technical Qualifications

·       1-2 years previous work experience in an e-Commerce and/or Retail Operations role

·       Passionate about fashion and product

·       Detail oriented, organized and comfortable working across multiple systems

·       Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to learn new technology quickly.

·       Excellent written & verbal communication skills

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

·       Must be proactive and assume ownership of projects, ensuring all tasks are full completed

·       Experience working within buying or store organizations and with multiple cross-functional groups. 

·       Based on experience, begin in our Operations Coordinator training program, and learn Web Operations.
