SUMMARY

The Partner Relations Specialist role is to work closely with the DC Operations Team and Partner Relations Coordinator on all Neiman Marcus Group shipping requirements. The associate’s focus will be on department goals and to monitor the capturing of violations. They will also provide feedback to the Partner Relations Management Team when policies and procedures are not being followed at their DC.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communication with Brand Partners via phone and e-mails
  • Assist in capturing violations, take photos. Review comments and confirm the accuracy
  • Be familiar with all Brand Partner Requirements set by Partner Relations
  • Acts as the second point of escalation with supplier disputes
  • Troubleshoot and problem resolution
  • Make recommendation to nmgops.com
  • Ability to effectively present Partner Relations policy in warehouse discussion
  • Work directly with Merchant Teams on high-level issues
  • Provides support to Partner Relations Management on all projects

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MS Office (Word and Excel) proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to read, interpret and analyze information
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication
  • Physical requirements: standing, bending, walking, lifting, etc.
  • Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced work environment
