RESPONSIBILITIES


·              Leads organization design activities, including development of operating models and structures to support future vision and creates implementation plans to transition to future state

·              Leads development of holistic change enablement strategies and plans for key strategic initiatives

·              Collaborates with internal clients to assess change impacts and organizational needs and makes recommendations to address priority needs

·              Tailors strategies to relevant stakeholder groups and supports execution of ongoing stakeholder engagement activities to understand change impacts and prepare the organization for new ways of working

·              Collaborates with corporate communications to create and maintain specific communications strategies and plans to drive engagement and deliver results

·              Evaluates change enablement and communications effectiveness and its impact on business (e.g., measures ROI on business impact through formalized metrics and reporting) and adjusts as needed

·              Creates and executes project plans for all change enablement and communications deliverables and escalates any issues or risks

REQUIREMENTS

·              Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Organization Development, Business or a related field, required

·              Master’s degree from an accredited university, preferred

·              6+ years of experience in organization design, change management principles, methodologies and tools

·              Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently within a high pressure, deadline driven environment

·              Experience with large-scale, multi-phased change effort

·              Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills

·              Excellent written and verbal communication skills
