Your Role 

Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented ICQA / Returns Operations Manager to lead inventory accuracy and returns processes within our fulfillment center. This role will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, cycle counting, returns processing, quality assurance, and leading a team to maintain high operational standards and accuracy across inbound and outbound workflows.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations, analytical problem-solving, team leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement
.Key Responsibilities
 
  • Manage and execute Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) programs to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy
  • Oversee all returns operations, including product inspection, disposition decisions, and restocking workflows
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of ICQA and returns associates
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory audits, returns handling, and quality standards
  • Monitor and improve inventory-related KPIs such as shrink, DPMO, and cycle count accuracy
  • Coordinate with inbound, outbound, and merchandising teams to resolve discrepancies and quality issues
  • Identify root causes of inventory errors and implement corrective actions
  • Manage exception reporting and partner with IT/Systems for root cause analysis
  • Maintain system integrity through timely updates, adjustments, and reconciliations
  • Support peak season and special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
 
  • 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, with a focus on inventory, quality, or returns
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of WMS systems and inventory control processes
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and process documentation
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
Nice to Have
 
  • Experience in e-commerce or omni-channel fulfillment environments
  • Familiarity with lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
