MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience implementing and running content management system supporting an e-commerce site

Strong understanding and experience leading teams using Agile and Scrum principles.

Experience working with business and creative users to deliver tools that facilitate marketing and personalization driven content

Knowledge of Adobe AEM will be critical to successfully executing the PO's roadmap

Experience with Agile/Scrum, automated testing, microservices, deployment pipelines and cloud based infrastructure is beneficial

Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles.

Ability to collaborate, influence and build partnerships.

Experience designing and implementing effective process development.

Experience applying change management best practices to strategies, projects and programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with DAMs, system integrations, file servers, Mac and Windows user base required

FileMaker development/architecture work experience required

FileMaker certification preferred
