REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related engineering degree preferred

  • 8+ years’ work experience in technology

  • 3+ years’ experience in leading teams as a Technical Project Management and Solutions Architecture

  • 2+ years’ experience working on cloud platform (AWS) or SAAS technologies   

  • Experience leading complex Master Data Management projects

  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and developing all aspects of MDM solutions using industry leading tools including Reltio or Informatica MDM

  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and developing ETL solutions including but not limited to Snaplogic or Informatica

  • Extensive hands-on experience in SQL development, Postgres experience preferred

  • Ability to create requirements specs, manage and be the custodian of Data requirements, Source to target mapping rules, Data validation rules, data quality rules, data cleansing rules, business transformation rules, Data Governance and exception rules

  • Experience with data profiling to understand rules for match/merge, DQ and hierarchy management

  • Extensive hands-on experience in SQL, ETL, SOA, Realtime integration, MDM, CRUD, Data Modeling, Hierarchies (relevant to the domains worked), DQ, DV, Cleansing etc.

  • Design scalable and reliable solutions for moving data efficiently across systems from various internal and external data sources in the batch and real-time mode.

  • Working knowledge of API Orchestra Networks

  • Experience leading, challenging, cross-functional technology projects from concept to implementation

  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in an agile environment with understanding of Agile Metrics and Backlogs.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative style to include teamwork and team building ability to work on changes in Scope, landscape, processes and priorities

  • Able to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities
