Required Education, Skills & Experience
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Must have at least 8 years of technical working experience of which 5 years in retails industry.

Must be very hands-on with technology and must be able to build/run POCs single handedly.

Must have knowledge on Robotics, IoT, AI/ML, Computer Vision, Blockchain/Distributed ledger, AR/VR/MR and next gen data communication variants/protocols.

Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles.

Ability to collaborate, influence and build partnerships.

Experienced with leading, coaching, and mentoring individuals and teams

Experience designing and implementing effective process development.

Experience applying change management best practices to strategies, projects and programs.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Computer Science degree or experience in a related technical field.

Experience working with AWS and/or other Cloud environments
