Position Summary

Lead a team that will manage key Supply Chain strategic implementations across the organization to increase throughput including facility reconfiguration, technology enhancements, warehouse management system configuration, and engineered standards including labor management configuration.



 Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Project Management of Capital Projects for reconfiguration or update of layout design to support strategic initiatives across multiple Supply Chain facilities

  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in methods, procedures, technology, equipment, or work flow which increase throughput and/or accuracy

  • Involvement in Warehouse System design, configuration, and implementation to support strategic initiatives

  • Maintain and enhance engineered time standards program including incentive pay curves

  • Update or development of AutoCAD layouts




  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering Required
  • 5 – 10 years of relative experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership skills and self motivated
  • Must be customer focused and able to react to changing priorities on short notice
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Visio
  • Working knowledge of Manhattan WMS/LM systems is preferred
  • Strong leadership skill, leading teams in implementation of new programs and utilization of new systems
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Manhattan WMS/LM systems is preferred
