QUALIFICATIONS
The Associate must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:
- Remain professional, fair and consistent in interacting with the NMD team.
- Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members.
- Fully understand how department performance affects site-wide goal attainment.
- Identify and correct performance and behavior concerns; give and receive constructive performance feedback.
- Multitask and prioritize in order to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high level of safety awareness; provide safety feedback constructively.
- Accurately and constructively give and follow directions, both written and verbal.
- Other tasks as required to meet team goals.
- Ability to identify and solve problems timely.
- Ability to pass background screening, which includes credit.
- 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment, receiving or distribution.
- Successful leadership track record of achieving results through others.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager.
- College degree is preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Advanced problem-solving experience.
- Excellent, timely and professional interpersonal communication skill.
