Responsibilities & Duties
In-store institutional signage
All store Event signage – 14x22
All store Event and promo signage designs – 11x11, 5.5x7
Designing them up to NM standard
Sending to production and making all correct deliveries
Create BE event, BP signs, BOH signs
Designing store Brand Experience signage and vinyl
Designing of all Brand Partner signage and vinyl
Making sure all BP logos are updated – if any changes she/he needs to be able to make the changes asap and communicate to the stores and Merchants
Create all of the presentation and approval decks
Graphics Portal
Creating signage template for the portal
Work closely with the rest of the team to make sure it is updated, and no new designs is needed
Check and approve all store signage in the portal before going to production
Add any new Brand signage in the portal
If any info missing, she/he needs to connect with the store BE or V teams to capture the need
Work closely with traffic manager to keep portal budget
Barricade Program execution
Keep track of all upcoming barricades
Versioning them up to fit and be appropriate for each store and space
Work closely with MAC team to update images and copy as needed
Presenting the services in these designs
Qualifications
2-4 years of design and graphics experience
2+ years degree preferred
Displays a natural passion for design and visual
Proven track record achieving goals
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong proficiency of these computer skills and programs; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Google SketchUp, or AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need
