The Goyard Boutique Assistant  is responsible for providing daily  support to the Goyard boutique business and sales Team bothe internal and external by assisting with client interactions, Goyard Marquage processing and maintenance of the boutique. 

 

Job Duties:

• Support and assist daily boutique operations. 

• Understand and follow all Goyard policies and procedures including processing of marquage orders. 

• Responsible for updating all marquage tracking files and maintenance of logs. 

Customer Service •Assist the boutique with Greeter responsibilities when sellers are assisting other clients  • Assist with Cashier responsibilities including wrapping client purchases, organization and processing sales. 


Qualifications:

 • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position in luxury retail industry preferred

• Knowledge of in-store retail operations, including customer service, sales, procedures, merchandising, and inventory management.

• Ability to develop effective partnerships within the team and organization.

• Intermediate skills in MS Office (excel, word, outlook)

• Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure

• High sensitivity to customers experience and loyalty

• Ability to lift and carry boxes

• Ability to stand for full 8-hour shift.  Must have a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
