Fraud Analyst, Loss Prevention

Supports the credit department in documenting and resolving all customer disputes due to fraud. Responsible for investigating fraud incidents on Neiman Marcus private label credit accounts and other fraudulent activities including online fraud, third-party card fraud, refund fraud and incidents of internal dishonesty. Full time schedule including one weekend day.

Job Duties
  • Document,  investigate, and resolve any incidents of fraud
  • Resolve possible fraud referrals from stores and customer service
  • Prepare charge back notices for procedural failures
  • Support stores through training, alerts, and system issues
  • Identify and report violations of Company policies to the Loss Prevention Managers
  • Prepare reports and document all Loss Prevention incidents
  • Report analysis for high risk activity.
  • Credit report analysis
  • Inbound and outbound calling to customers

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Investigators must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.
