Responsibilities & Duties

•          Drive existing partnership initiatives with Fashionphile

•          Increase engagement between Neiman Marcus Stores and Fashionphile

•          Collaborate with Neiman Marcus store teams and Fashionphile teams

•          Create and distribute regular reporting on partnership initiatives as well as store participation

•          Develop and execute new strategies to build and expand our Fashionphile partnership and store engagement

•          Consistent communication with store teams, as well as Neiman Marcus and Fashionphile corporate teams

 

Qualifications

•          5-7 years of experience in retail

•          Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

•          Working knowledge of MS Office (emphasis on Excel)

•          Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

•          Excellent oral and written communication skills

•          Able to tailor conversations to multiple audiences

•          Excellent organizational and follow up skills

•          Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 

•          Exceptional attention to detail
