  • 10 + years of UX experience designing and leading the design of user interfaces for web, mobile web, mobile apps, and digital marketing mediums, following user-centered design principles.
  • 5+ years leading digital design teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution. 
  • Experience creating exceptional presentations & ability to present ideas and information in a group situation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence without authority.
  • Innovative thinker. Customer focus is essential.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Strategic Thinker. You are a strong critical thinker. You ask tough and thoughtful questions. You see around corners. You prioritize for long term impact. 
  • Management Experience. Experience growing and leading senior product teams. 
  • Building Relationships. You must have extremely strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop internal and external relationships; relationship building and consensus building are essential 
  • Customer Champion.  You are obsessed with understanding the customer, and ultimately building and transforming a product that delivers customer value. 
  • Industry Experience. You have experience with retailer or ecommerce experience. 
  • Delivery Track Record You have a track record of expeditiously building transformative high impact consumer experience. 
  • Strong Communicator. You communicate clearly and persuasively in multiple mediums with executives, stakeholders, peers, engineers, designers, and customers.  
  • Outcome Focused: You have a track record of defining, monitoring, and optimize consumer experience and business KPIs 
  • Business Savvy. You are hyper-focused on delivering and quantifying business long term impact. You are highly comfortable with sophisticated business frameworks and concepts. You are able to quickly understand market drivers, the competitive landscape, and strategic positioning. 
  • Cross-Functional Player. You have worked with diverse and senior stakeholders to set expectations, report progress, and drive to outcomes. 
  • Bias for Action. You know how to make things happen.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity & Change.  You are excited about creating a vision and building the future of Luxury retail.
  • Agile. You have experience working in an Agile SDLC environment, and delivering results.
