Minimum of 10 years of experience leading in the field of corporate real estate portfolio and client relationship management
Proven business leader with a proven track record building relationships and negotiating with retail brokers, developers, REITs, and landlords
Extensive knowledge of real estate finance and the economics of real estate transactions and portfolios
Demonstrated creative and strategic thinker who has the ability to problemsolve for all real estate transactions
The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization, clearly articulating strategy, key objectives, timelines
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines
An undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience is required
Approximately 20% travel required
