Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partners with leadership on program level strategy development and execution.
  • Responsible for product ownership, backlog, roadmap and be a key part of the digital strategy
  • Drive product discovery process, prioritization and defines business requirements.
  • Defines, tracks and analyzes engagement and business metrics to measure product success
  • Maintains market awareness of industry trends, customer behaviors and competitive landscape to help identify new opportunities.
  • Responsible for continuous delivery of product features on schedule, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage business analysts, provide direction, guidance, feedback, coaching to further develop skillsets.
  • Manage vendor partners to help drive product roadmap and solve customer/business problems.

 

Requirement Guidelines:

  • 4 - 7 years of experience working in digital product management.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of ecommerce experience
  • Ability to multi-task, working independently and to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Strong problem solving, negotiating, influencing, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • ]Adept at communicating with developers, non-technical business partners and executives
  • Track record of ability to learn quickly and earning credibility based on your knowledge
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics) and experience using data to make decisions
  • Exceptional time management, documentation and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Business or other related fields.
