Digital Asset Technician- Fashion Studio

Job Description:

General: This position is responsible for consistent accounting of all Ready to Wear and Product imagery in a fast paced, high volume fashion studio. The Digital Asset Technician is accountable for all images from capture, processing and delivery to the Production Department.

 

Duties:

  • Daily analysis of image flow from previous days shoots. Correction of any errors related to previous day’s workflow
  • Managing, labeling, and location of all images shot on fashion Ready To Wear and Product sets
  • Locating of any missing or incomplete images and resolving related issues
  • Managing daily changes and problem solving
  • Work with Photography and Coordination teams to solve ongoing production issues related to missing images
  • Proficient in capturing and manipulating images on Fashion RTW sets.

 

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Macintosh OSX operating systems
  • Exceptional computer navigation skills
  • Capture One Pro
  • Excel
  • Familiar with Canon products
  • Familiar with Premier video editing
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Patient and personable attitude
  • Ability to stay focused and multi-task
  • Punctuality

Experience & Skill Preferred but Not Required

  • Previous photo studio experience
  • Project management
  • Familiarity with databases
  • Video experience a plus
