Key Performance Elements:

 

 • Strong project management skills needed for learning, utilizing and developing changes related to Neiman Marcus store operations and applications (point of sale, credit card processing, online/catalog ordering, sales audit, and marketing/loyalty systems). The ability to understand the data flow across these applications is vital.

 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with prior experience in developing business requirements or presentations.

 

• Consistently meticulous and detail oriented when producing project write ups, executive presentation decks and departmental reporting.

 

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment independently and if needed, coordinate with others to follow through and take ownership of overseeing systemic and non-systemic initiatives within a release management strategy.

 

• Identify and implement process improvements for areas of responsibility to streamline operations and maintain adequate controls across organizations.

 

• The ability to consistently diffuse problematic issues with optimum solutions and handle questions and queries in a professional manner.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Flexibility in work schedule is a requirement. This may include weekends and holidays based on business needs and will regularly require own transportation to local Dallas Neiman Marcus facilities and stores.

 

• Strong problem solving, project execution abilities, and interpret and understand technical data.

 

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while rapidly adapting to changes in priority.

 

• Assist with develop training materials for associates on new initiatives.

 

• Naturally possess exceptional customer service skills for escalated situations.

 

• Ability to build strong relationships, gain confidence and effectively communicate and work with teams, business partners and external vendors.

 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel and Access.

 

• Results driven, service oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.

 

• Trustworthy with the ability to maintain highest level of integrity, accuracy and trust while having a positive and professional attitude.

 

 

Work Experience:

 

• Experience in project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, risk, and procurement management.

 

• Working knowledge of basic requirements documentation, quality and validation methods.

 

• Experience in credit, banking and/or financial services is preferred.

 

• Compliance expertise related to credit card servicing and processing.

 

• Proven record of extensive technical knowledge of credit card processing.

 

• College Degree Preferred.
