BASIC PURPOSE:
The primary focus of this position includes inbound/outbound customer contacts for resolution of order holds and merchandise information requests. Accurate completion of daily work flow to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining contact per hour goal.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
• Contacting Card Issuing Banks for Customer Name and Address Verification.
• Utilization of Software and Other Tools Simultaneously.
• Manual Processing of Payment Authorizations.
• Contacting customers to provide answers to their merchandise information requests
• Correction of daily email bounce backs
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Ability to problem solve independently within a changing environment
• Professional and enthusiastic team player, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
• Flexible with availability for all shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong understanding of CMOS
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starter with a flexible and multi-task oriented mindset
• Ability to remain calm and customer focused during challenging communications
MISCELLANEOUS:
• Any additional tasks and responsibilities as required
