Credit Card Authorization Associate
The primary focus of this position includes inbound/outbound customer contacts for resolution of order holds and merchandise information requests. Accurate completion of daily work flow to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining contact per hour goal.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
• Contacting Card Issuing Banks for Customer Name and Address Verification.
• Utilization of Software and Other Tools Simultaneously.
• Manual Processing of Payment Authorizations.
• Contacting customers to provide answers to their merchandise information requests
• Correction of daily email bounce backs
