Creative Manager
Job Summary
This individual will manage a team of managers and designers to develop creative strategy, concept and execute brand digital assets, and maintain a consistent branding point of view. Under the Digital Design director, he/she will creatively elevate customers experience and manage the creative within a fast-paced environment.
• Lead strategies for brand content and translate objectives to the design team into concept stages.
• Responsible for building project strategy timelines and prioritizing workload for team
• Ensure brand-right tone to provide a seamless multi-channel marketing execution.
• Drive innovative ideas for brand & encourage others to do so.
• Partner with peers to align campaigns and creative needs.
• Partner with Design Director to execute brand right executions.
• Manage creative outputs for day-to-day duties and long-term strategy.
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide helpful feedback to creative teams.
• Responsible for meeting expectations in daily work management as well as future creative strategy management
• Responsible for meeting all deadlines.
• Responsible for all creative assets, including designing and overseeing all facets of asset production.
• Review and submit concepts for approval to Creative Director, VP and executive teams.
• Gather feedback, provide input, and communicate discussions with merchant and marketing teams.
• Review projects to ensure compliance with appropriate brand and legal teams.
• Ensure all creative assets are organized, labeled, and archived.
• Manage and develop team for future growth within the department and organization.
