What you will do

As a Candidate Care Specialist, you are part of the Neiman Marcus Group Talent Acquisition team focused on creating amazing brand experiences for all our candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

You will own scheduling on-site interviews for our candidates, partnering with our travel vendors to create seamless transportation plans.  You will own the on-site experience for candidates, which may include being the “face” of Neiman Marcus Group during their visit.  You will help control costs associated with travel, manage expenses, and verify costs are allocated appropriately across divisions. 

You may work with recruiters throughout the candidate lifecycle, up to and including: interview training and techniques, participating in career fairs, recruiting opportunities for lower level roles (under the guidance of a Neiman Marcus Group recruiter), and participating in strategy sessions with recruiters and hiring managers.  The core of what we do is serve our customers – internal and external.

Qualifications - Internal

QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University with 1 - 2 years of office experience.

•Must be able to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict.

•Must possess strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.

•Must be able to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
