QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university
- Strategic agility
- Negotiating skills
- Previous buying experience is required. Jewelry experience is highly desirable
- Must have good people and communication skills and a passion for luxury retail
- Must have a high energy level, be flexible, resilient, and positive
- The individual should be opportunistic and possess the ability to maximize opportunities through skillful inventory management
- Individual should have solid financial skills, be decisive, have a good sense of urgency, and thrive in an ever changing environment
