Requirement
Guidelines:

1 - 4 years of experience working in online product
management or support areas; creating innovative, customer-facing features or
relevant experience.

Solid SQL skills, proficient in MS office tools and familiarity
with issue management and other general database design concepts.

Verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s Degree in

Organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects
and tasks

Ability to multi-task, working independently and to
collaborate with cross functional teams

Skills/Experience:

Knowledge and appreciation of the advances in higher
educational software, course materials, and digital publishing is a plus

Ideal candidate is self-directed and highly motivated and possess
high energy with a passion for customer experience

Content management systems/platforms as well as content
strategy experience preferred

Retail E-commerce experience preferred
