Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher – preferably in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Computer Science)
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple Paid Search (PPC) accounts with annual budgets in excess of $10MM
- Retail experience preferred
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience using CRM data in addition to site visitor data to maximize channel ROI
- Experience with Google AdWords Editor and Bing Ads Editor
- Experience working with DoubleClick Search (DS3) a plus
- Experience managing Local Inventory ads
- Experience managing PLAs (product listing ads) a plus
- Deep understanding of Paid Search targeting techniques and platform capabilities
- Deep understanding of Web Analytics technology, specifically Google Analytics and Adobe
- SEM ad copy writing proficiency, with expertise in triggering call-to-action
- Working knowledge of SEO and how it relates to SEM a plus
- Knowledge of DoubleClick Ad Stack, utilizing Google Analytics a plus
- Ability to build complex daily bid/optimization strategies taking into account inventory, promotions, and pricing
