Responsibilities
Planning, facilitating, and managing execution of new hire training, corporate training programs and initiatives in partnership with the HR Manager, Regional Stores Trainer, and store management team
Partnering with Sales Managers to also deliver training, when needed
Assessing and prioritizing training needs, and gathering content for training development efforts
Observing, evaluating and coaching behavior change and business impacts resulting from corporate training programs
Providing support for mobile learning and eLearning in the stores
Gathering feedback on training programs and providing input and recommendations to the Regional Stores Trainer

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred with experience in Human Resources or Department Manager in a retail environment.
