Responsibilities
  • Planning, facilitating, and managing execution of new hire training, corporate training programs and initiatives in partnership with the HR Manager, Regional Stores Trainer, and store management team
  • Partnering with Sales Managers to also deliver training, when needed
  • Assessing and prioritizing training needs, and gathering content for training development efforts
  • Observing, evaluating and coaching behavior change and business impacts resulting from corporate training programs
  • Providing support for mobile learning and eLearning in the stores
  • Gathering feedback on training programs and providing input and recommendations to the Regional Stores Trainer

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred with experience in Human Resources or Department Manager in a retail environment.
