Extensive experience implementing and configuring Marketing and Communication Systems: email, chat, automated bots, campaign management, promotion management, and custom development using web based, cloud architecture and micro-services.
Has experience in managing and processing large data sets distributed on multi-server, distributed systems from inception to execution. Expertise in integration patterns with various internal and external systems. Experience with data structures, ETL, and real-time communication. Familiarity with tools such as Informatica, Snaplogic, Ab Initio, IBM MQ, and Tibco EMS.
Programming experience in building high quality software. Skills with Java and Python preferred.
Ability to design highly available systems with fallback capability.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges
Experience with preparing systems for peak retail season.
Experience developing and leveraging relationships in cross-functional teams and across org charts
Experience influencing organizational decision making
Ability to lead end to end business process discussions
