JOB DUTIES

  • Support the merchant organization with their pricing needs, including regular and clearance price changes, and promotional price events
  • Coordinate pricing efforts with store and web teams to maximize the customer experience
  • Coordinate pricing activities to support company initiatives
  • Develop, share, and follow timelines to track and implement complex projects
  • Communicate project status and updates to Manager of Price Management in order to meet goals and deadlines
  • Provide system training and process coaching to merchants and other parts of the organization, developing and maintaining training materials as needed
  • Participate in NMG projects to improve pricing processes
  • Generate and evaluate pricing reports, identifying and correcting pricing errors

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3+ years of retail experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables and formulas
  • Experience with SharePoint, Visio, and other Microsoft Office products is preferred
  • Must be analytical, organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be articulate and have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate efficiently through Microsoft Teams
  • Must be flexible, innovative, and responsive to changing timelines and the changing needs of the organization
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously, multitasking and prioritizing effectively
