QUALIFICATIONS
  • Conflict Management
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred but not required. Job related experience is required, people skills a must, previous associates management a must. Technical skills a must and the ability to train associates with this skill set is a must.
  • Assist New Jersey Alterations Facility Manager with day – to- day management of Facility and team.
  • Set and maintain quota levels, manage promise dates and associate schedules.

  • Motivate& coach associates.

  • Manage a culturally diverse group, being sensitive to their uniqueness

  • Lead various company initiatives as needed in the facility

  • Actively support team and effectively communicate with team members

  • Maintain team productivity and quality standards

  • Open and close facility in partnership with manager.  Ability to cover facility when manager is away.

  • Remain flexible to work overtime as needed

  • Conduct Safety Meeting
