- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred but not required. Job related experience is required, people skills a must, previous associates management a must. Technical skills a must and the ability to train associates with this skill set is a must.
- Assist New Jersey Alterations Facility Manager with day – to- day management of Facility and team.
Set and maintain quota levels, manage promise dates and associate schedules.
Motivate& coach associates.
Manage a culturally diverse group, being sensitive to their uniqueness
Lead various company initiatives as needed in the facility
Actively support team and effectively communicate with team members
Maintain team productivity and quality standards
Open and close facility in partnership with manager. Ability to cover facility when manager is away.
Remain flexible to work overtime as needed
Conduct Safety Meeting
