 Overall Description

As a District Manager, Last Call Stores, you lead and coach the team to drive sales and increasing profitability in their District with store leadership teams. This includes coaching and building highly committed and top performing teams that will work to achieve results through an excellent customer experience while achieving operational excellence. The position reports to the Senior Director of Stores, Last Call.

Objectives:

Drives top line sales and profit contribution by providing day-to-day guidance to the store teams in the merchandising and operations of Last Call stores.

Leader of a sales team with a focus on coaching, customer service and building relationships

Responsible for the performance of store leadership teams

Recruits, hires, trains and develops a team of Store Managers and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum sales and growth in line with company vision and values.

Leverages relationships and uses technology to define strategies to expand the client base and increase sales for the store

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or equivalent

10 years progression in multi-unit retail management in department store or specialty retail

Ability to analyze and use financial data to measure and drive business results

Strong financial acumen with ability to manage multi-million dollar sales volumes and expense budgets.

Ability to think strategically and act tactically

Proven track record in the supervision of others, conflict resolution, and building effective teams.

Open-minded and self-confident with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Identifies and develops talent to build the cross-functional leadership pipeline

Computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Frequent travel required (50-75%)

Ability to work periodic evenings and weekends according to business needs.
